Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2025
Welcome to jordanfx. By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products — including blenderfly, a Blender add-on for gamepad-based camera control (drone-style flying, timeline recording, FPV mode) — you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the add-on for personal or commercial projects, subject to the license type purchased (Individual or Studio). The add-on runs inside Blender (4.5+) and requires a compatible gamepad (Xbox, PlayStation, or FPV radio).
2. Permitted Use
- Install and use the add-on on Blender installations you own or control
- Use in commercial projects, films, games, and other productions
- Studio License: use across up to 10 seats within a single studio/company
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the add-on or download links
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the add-on
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the add-on remain with jordanfx. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the add-on to you.
5. Disclaimer
The add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Compatibility depends on Blender version and your system. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the add-on.
6. Updates
Purchasers are entitled to updates and bug fixes for the Blender version purchased. Major Blender version upgrades (e.g., 5.x) may require a separate purchase.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
